    卅六歲的華頓是NBA最年輕教練，也是唯一在一九八○年後出生的教練，球員時代效力湖人，教練生涯也在這一隊起步；已經退休的湖人傳奇球星布萊恩說過，華頓具備當一名好教練的所有要件。
